Before I ever set foot on a yoga mat, Indian music and philosophy already sparked my interest, upon discovering the Indian side of the Beatles and later on Kula Shaker.

After a youth in Germany and living in different countries, I ended up in Amsterdam. This is where I started to follow the path of yoga, and deeply fell in love with its transformative power. Through regular yoga practise, chanting mantras and Indian philosophy, I increased my knowledge, understanding and devotion.

In 2016, I completed the Svaha Yoga 500+ hours teacher training. And since then, I have been teaching vinyasa flow, hatha yoga and restorative classes. I have a great passion for sharing my knowledge and my love for the practise with everybody who comes into the studio. During class, I take you on an energetic and introspective journey, through well-aligned postures and breath flowing sequences.
